Gavan Wall, Director, has over a decade of experience in the property market and observed in 2006 that a dislocate had developed between what a first time buyer could afford and what was available on the market in Belfast.
Additionally it was clear that there was a shortage of new build properties which could generate good quality yields for investors; so that once a deposit was paid by an investor the rent could cover the mortgage.
Gavan Wall had specialised in the rental market for many years and wanted to produce a quality new build product whereby the investor, having bought a new build property, was not plugging large shortfalls in mortgage payments in the hope of capital growth.
